Gratitude is like looking at the world through the eyes of your soul and seeing the goodness in everything.
So when we do pranayam we inhale the goodness of Universe which helps us to cleanse internally and we exhale all our stress, tiredness, and unnecessary thoughts we are holding. 

Benefits of pranayama.

When we are angry it leaves us.

One imp rule of pranayama is exhale time should always be twice than inhale.
For eg if you breadth in at 4 counts you exhale at 8 count slowly. 
Start with simple alome vilome, and Kapaal Bharti .
For other ways it’s better if we take guidance initially.

Modern medicine was invented 100 yrs back but Ayurveda and yoga are our 5000 yrs old culture.
