Hello friends 🙏

Almost each one on this globe is striving to be happy in spite of the scientific development and technology..

With my psychological career of 30 yrs have come across few habits that can help being happier..

#Be Simple

It’s very simple to be happy but difficult to be simple ..

When we identify our needs ( not greeds )and Persue them with passion without expecting anything from others (but can take help though),chart a smart practical strategy make it happen bit by bit being mindful of our surroundings and relationships we can be happy!

Easily said then done as your family’s goal should match yours or there can be Communication and other GAPS.

There has to be time discipline to spend with other necessary responsibilities.

Time for play too..

Become Kids with children and friendswith spouse..

 

#Be Courageous

Another very important aspect is,

We have to learn to stand up for ourselves..It takes lot of courage to do that..

I had to pay a price to be bold.

I was isolated..

People grouped against me..labeled almost everything,

but I was not afraid to be alone.

I sustained because my belief system, my conscience, my path was right and I had full faith in the universe..

When we are on the right path we develop this strong faith we pray and get back.

It may take time but it’s better than to live a life of compromises..

From starting at a naive age of 19 with my engagement and marriage at 20 my whole life went Upside down without money even to buy my medicines..

Started my career by borrowing 5000rs from a Friend to start a Montessori in 1988 and getting a Bharat Ratna on 7th sept 2018 in New Delhi would there be any hurdle I may have Nor encountered ??

Almost all..

#Pray daily !!

That does not mean you don’t be rich.

That a wrong belief system..

Sometimes people think only spiritual people can be happy but that’s not the case !

In fact it may not match your spouse belief and have anti spiritual reactions leading to more unhappiness..

Get a new belief!!

*Empowering Belief is :

It’s great to be Happy & Peaceful but it’s better to be Happy, Peaceful & Rich.*

By becoming RICH, we can help many people & inspire many more people.

We can also help many people to embrace Spirituality alongwith material growth..

#Be Grounded

*“The world is beautiful outside  when there is stability inside.”*

Just be in the present moment !! Conscious living !!

Accepting the situations,people and your surrounding takes us a Long way..

#Gratitude

Never let the things you want make you forget the things you have !!

Living with gratitude for all blessings ,this human life you have..the relationship, work children parents clothes and food..

Cultivate positive thinking..

When it rains look for rainbows..

When it’s dark look for stars..

#Time is most Precious Element in life..

Time is the currency you spend on your life.

Make sure you do not waste a second doing anything that does not bring joy…

Stop and smell the flowers you love, Be passionate about your precious human life..

Don’t take things for granted as time is like sand dropping off your palm every second never to come back again..

#Forgive everyone before sleeping 😴

Empty yourself

forgiving everyone is the most important exercise of our life..

Or it’s like carrying a burden of 20 kg and walking all your life only to double it in next life..

It’s not worth it.

Move away if you can’t get along..

#Emotional balance

Our each and every emotion has to be balanced..

Its not possible never to get angry or upset or sad ..

Never compare

Comparisons get insecurities and create a challenge which is never there..it just shows you reel life instead of real life of others

Never react !!

Respond with dignity..

It is now scientifically proven that waking up with the first rays of sun contribute to your body’s chemical composition, thereby impacting your emotional state. Watching the rising sun and meditating in open (fresh) air in the morning will also alter your state greatly for the whole day..

# Commitment

Most people who fail at reaching their dreams,not from lack of  ability but their lack of commitment..

# Relationships

Happiest people on earth are those with deep meaningful relationships.

Nurture them grow them.

It takes investment of time, do it..

# Focus

Having a purposeful life is all about being happy.

Your state of mind should be in a flow and so focused it feels like time stands still.

Doing what you love and challenging yourself to get there shall bring you joy.

A Good and Healthy Mind is all it takes to conquer the world.

Here are few tips to boost your Mental Health

1. Write down 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you were able to accomplish each day

2. “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”  – Martin Luther King Jr.

3. Leave your smartphone at home for a day and disconnect from constant emails, alerts, and other interruptions. Do this every once in a while

4. Go ahead and yawn. Studies suggest that yawning helps cool the brain and improves alertness and mental efficiency

5. Feeling anxious?  Take a trip down the memory lane and do some coloring for about 20 minutes to help you clear your mind.

Happiness is an attitude.

You may not have what others have ..but still you can choose to be happy.

I think happiness completely depends on your perception towards anything…

Unless we follow the right path we won’t be confident to take charge of life..The real beauty of life is in ever precious moment..
